ConnectivityExpert provides home internet, cable TV, landline, mobile, and home security services. Service availability, speeds, and features may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices shown are before applicable taxes and fees.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm ConnectivityExpert, its customers, or third parties. This includes but is not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software.
ConnectivityExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tech City, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
